On April 13, 2013, members of Delta Pi Delta Alumnae Chapter met at Nordstrom Department Store at Waterside Shops in Naples, Florida. We started the day with a light breakfast in the Bistro Café at Nordstrom. Afterward, Julie Principato, Nordstrom Store Manager, welcomed the group to a presentation of style and beauty tips offered by Nordstrom experts. Beauty stylist Doug Olsen explained the benefits of using the latest Chanel skin care products to minimize the effects of aging on the skin. Mimi, from the lingerie department, discussed the importance of being properly fitted for a bra and offered to do fittings for our members. Shannah displayed a number of clothing styles that will be popular this spring and summer. First and foremost, according to Shannah, we need white slacks or a white skirt which can be worn in combination with a number of different tops. Members had some shopping time before assembling at nearby Brio Tuscan Grille, a restaurant at Waterside, for lunch (great Seared Grouper, special of the day.)
